Competition rules

Two nights for four, and a hunt

Not cleared yet

This draw charges R200 per entry. Under section 36(3)(a) of the Consumer Protection Act a promotional competition may not require payment to enter, beyond the cost of sending the entry itself. A paid-entry draw falls under the Lotteries Act 57 of 1997 instead, which needs authorisation. Get this confirmed by an attorney, or make entry free, before the artwork goes to print.
